The Co-Op position gives a qualified college student or recent graduate the opportunity to participate in and contribute to the department's daily operations. The participant could work in several functional areas within the Division/Institute on small to medium size projects and gain an overall understanding of hospital operations. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule, Monday – Friday from 8:00am—5:00pm at Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus (CCAC). A caregiver who excels in this role will: Participates in projects that vary in length and scope based on assignment and/or rotation. Other duties as assigned.
