In this vital role you will:

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Global Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or a related field & 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a supply-related occupation.
  • Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: 1. Regulated manufacturing or supply chain setting with applicable policies, regulations, and GxP quality guidelines including Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Distribution Practices; 2. Continuous improvement utilizing tools, process optimization methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, and change management—no certification required; 3. SAP/ERP environments, RapidResponse, and Anaplan; 4. Project management experience managing resources and timelines; 5. Visualization and data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Excel; 6. Global Supply Chain Management in International Settings with understanding of sourcing, manufacturing, transportation and distribution sectors of the global supply chain field; and 7. Providing improvements through guiding documents and formal Standard Operating Procedures.
  • May telecommute.
  • Position requires up to 10% travel to various unanticipated worksites nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Operations Team Meetings to be responsible for product launches and lifecycle changes
  • Represent JAPAC in Product Delivery Teams (PDT) to align regional strategies with global objectives
  • Develop and implement the Operations Commercialization Strategy for JAPAC
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain to develop regional network supply strategies
  • Oversee demand and supply alignment for assigned products and markets
  • Ensure compliant execution of packaging, regulatory, and trade requirements for each country
  • Lead variation management reviews to determine supply strategies
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure aligned product supply strategies.
