Your Role at KIK The Supply Chain Planner reports to the Supply Chain Manager. You are responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maintaining high service levels. This involves reacting to changes in demand, inventory management, production planning, procurement, and logistics coordination. This role requires close collaboration with various departments such as sales, marketing, production, and logistics, as well as external suppliers and customers. This role will sit on-site in Lawrenceville, GA Monday-Thursday with Friday remote capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• 1+ years of experience with internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or CPG environment preferred.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change
• Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (MS Office, Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP experience is an asset)

Nice To Haves

• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner and support cross-functional teams (PMO, Procurement, Vendors, 3PL, Sales, Manufacturing and Finance) to ensure the company meets performance targets.
• Ensure customer demand is satisfied while preventing production schedule changes due to raw materials shortages.
• Partner with KIK plants, suppliers, and procurement to maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials at plants in time to meet production requirements.
• Manage new product introductions.
• Own the allocation process should supply/service issues occur.
• Primary owner of planning and inventory control master data parameters.
• Perform forecasting and data analysis on existing and incoming inventory and predict stock-out dates.
• Identify process improvements opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Responsible for ad-hoc analysis.
