At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. A Day in the Life As a Supply Chain Program Manager supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (M&A), you will play a pivotal leadership role in advancing Medtronic’s growth strategy. Your expertise will enable the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses and the smooth transition of divestitures, ensuring continuity in customer service and operational stability. By facilitating successful business transformations, you will directly contribute to unlocking incremental revenue and expanding Medtronic’s global impact. This position represents Global Operations & Supply Chain (GOSC) throughout acquisition due diligence, integration planning, and divestiture execution — with a strong focus on Offer-to-Cash (OTC) stabilization and end-to-end supply chain continuity. You will partner across global business units and corporate functions including Finance, Tax, Quality, Regulatory, Distribution, Transportation, Trade Operations, Trade Compliance, and Supply Chain IT to ensure seamless execution from Day 0 assessment through post-Day 1 stabilization. This is a highly visible role requiring strong influence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate in ambiguity within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. A Day in the Life Represent Supply Chain throughout M&A integrations and divestitures, from initial due diligence and risk assessment through OTC stabilization and business hand-off.
