About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven Supply Chain Project Manager to support rapid growth within our Electrical Switchgear business. This role will lead and coordinate project execution activities for new project launches for the Supply Chain Team, while building scalable processes to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and experienced in managing complex initiatives across suppliers, engineering, operations, and quality teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain project management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven Project Management experience supporting new project or product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes and structure in a fast-growing or evolving organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of supply fundamentals and process within an ERP/MRP environment
  • Experience working with technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering change processes.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Procurement activities for new product launches and customer projects to ensure production readiness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management) to ensure execution milestones are met.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies aligned with overall project plans.
  • Support make/buy decisions, supplier selection, and cost modeling for new components and assemblies.
  • Design and implement scalable Supply Chain project management processes to support rapid business growth.
  • Standardize tools, templates, governance for projects, part implementation, and launch readiness.
  • Identify gaps in current supply chain workflows and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting to track sourcing performance, launch readiness, cost, and risk.
  • Act as a central coordination point within the Supply Chain team for project activities.
  • Align supply plans with production schedules, inventory strategies, and demand forecasts.
  • Support resolution of supply constraints, cost pressures, and launch risks in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project and sourcing reviews with leadership.
