The Supply Chain Team Leader will oversee a small regional team comprised of Order Management Associates, Supply Chain Planner, and a Revenue Support and Transportation Specialist. This role is highly customer-centric, focused on delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting process improvements across order to invoice operations. The Supply Chain Team Leader will mentor and develop their team, foster collaboration across functions, and ensure KPIs are met. This role reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain for the US and Canada.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams or leading projects.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to anticipate and resolve customer issues.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and SAP or other ERP/Order Management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 4-5 reports, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and proactive problem solving.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer inquiries, issues, and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, supply chain, marketing, warehouse, transportation, and revenue support) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, optimize workflows, and enhance process efficiency.
  • Track team and individual KPIs, providing regular updates and action plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Facilitate continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Promote alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are anticipated and addressed.
  • Champion innovative solutions to complex problems that positively impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
