WORK SCHEDULE Fixed Duration with Variable Shifts/Hours Weekend days (Sat-Sun 630a-5p) DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION UW Medicine Supply Chain Management enhances our patient care experience by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise. Requirements
- High school graduation
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining adequate stock and distributing general, medical, and surgical supplies and equipment throughout the hospital
- Manage rental equipment using Supply Chain point-of-use (POU) systems
- Use tech like handhelds, package scanners, and Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) to ensure proper inventory and cost allocations
