About The Position
Retrieve food items from warehouse and storeroom areas according to written requisitions. Ensure food meets quality standards and verifies all requisitioned items are delivered. Deliver and store food in kitchen area; ensure food is properly rotated and kept neat in a well organized manner. Adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures at all times. Retrieve Bar Items from Satellite Room and deliver to Bars Stock bars on an ongoing basis during evert Alcohol & Mixers Supply Ice to Bartenders Supply drink cups and other supplies Be able to change a Keg or willingness to learn Be able to lift 50Lbs
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shift.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
