About The Position

The Maintenance Supply Specialist is responsible for managing maintenance inventory, ensuring parts and supplies are available to support production and facility operations. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime by maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting the maintenance team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or maintenance support preferred
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP (D365 preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize maintenance inventory, including parts, tools, and supplies
• Issue and track parts to maintenance technicians
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
• Maintain accurate records in inventory systems (e.g., ERP/D365)
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Work with vendors and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Keep the maintenance storeroom clean, organized, and safe
• Support maintenance team with parts identification and availability
