About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Technician – Project
Support to perform technical supply management functions in support of depot,
local, or program-level operations. This role involves executing a range of
supply activities within established systems and procedures to ensure accurate
accountability, efficient material handling, and overall mission support. The
ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of supply processes and the
ability to analyze and resolve routine supply issues.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of supply systems, programs, and policies.
• Familiarity with supply nomenclature, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to interpret and apply established guidelines to routine supply operations.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, gather data, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently on defined assignments.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting military or government logistics operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical supply management functions, including: Inventory control and stock management
• Storage and warehouse operations
• Cataloging and classification of materials
• Property accountability and utilization
• Support supply operations organized by commodity area or functional responsibility.
• Execute assignments with moderate scope, complexity, and responsibility in accordance with established guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve routine supply discrepancies, shortages, or documentation issues.
• Apply governing supply regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in applicable supply systems and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support program and operational requirements.
• Evaluate supply data and recommend process improvements or corrective actions as needed.
• Support program requirements while adapting to minor variations in standard procedures.
