Position Summary The Support Analyst provides technical support for desktop applications and PC environments while delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated to solve problems efficiently in a team‑based environment.

Requirements

  • Previous help desk or technical support experience
  • Working knowledge of PC operating systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
