About The Position

If yes, then this position is for you! The Support Call Coordinator is responsible for answering / logging / routing customer support calls received via the internet and by phone. Support Call Coordinators are also responsible for coordinating all customer related activity outside of Accounting for CIC’s customers. This position is an entry level position where individuals learn about CIC and grow into various positions within the organization. A Culture Index survey will be sent to you via email upon completion of the application This must be completed in order to be considered for the position.

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years’ Experience with Call Entry and Handling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in working with K-12 Education software products and/or Governmental / Fund Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with Website Management Software
  • General knowledge of PC’s / Networking / Printers

Responsibilities

  • Answer / Log / Route an average of 25 – 30 Support Calls per day.
  • Coordinate Travel Preparations for Peopleware / Technical Staff including flight, hotel, and rental car reservations.
  • Create Peoplewires for customer communications regarding upcoming training classes and software releases.
  • Assist CIC’s Technical staff with scheduling software releases for customers.
  • Maintain customer contact information in CIC’s systems.
  • Prepare CIC’s standard documentation for customers.
  • Assist behind the scenes with CIC Symposiums and Workshops.
