If yes, then this position is for you! The Support Call Coordinator is responsible for answering / logging / routing customer support calls received via the internet and by phone. Support Call Coordinators are also responsible for coordinating all customer related activity outside of Accounting for CIC’s customers. This position is an entry level position where individuals learn about CIC and grow into various positions within the organization.
