About The Position

The Support Service Manager ensures smooth delivery of landscape services with a focus on enhancements, horticulture/spray programs, irrigation, and seasonal color installations. This role supports field crews, coordinates service operations, and serves as the main contact for client service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable about plant care and landscape services.

Requirements

  • Experience in landscape services with emphasis on enhancements, horticulture, spray programs, or seasonal color.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate crews and operational logistics efficiently.
  • Familiarity with landscape management software or CRM systems is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or support management role in commercial landscaping.
  • Knowledge of plant care, pest/disease management, irrigation systems, and seasonal color programs.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to address service issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate field crews and support staff for enhancements, horticulture/spray tech programs, irrigation services, and seasonal color installations.
  • Assist with scheduling, materials coordination, and communication between crews and internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and address client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, job status, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client needs and service opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, plant health, and client satisfaction.
