The Product Manager Support Specialist will provide the assistance that enables Product Management strategic initiatives to grow categories that achieves the company’s sales and profit objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist internal teams through changes and iterations of the product data focused on the customer experience, as an advocate for the voice of the customer
Pursue process improvements that enable change across the organization while seeking to improve the overall customer experience
Drive efficient and accurate SKU set up and maintenance by validating and processing the master data
Collaborate with Product Managers, IT Developers, Digital Merchandising, Warehouse Operations and other stakeholders to execute projects
Communicate with vendors to collect product and/or marketing data as needed
Assist with on-boarding new products and fine-tuning web presentation to meet content standards
Update system with product changes including pricing and enhancements
Create, update, and maintain documentation around processes and procedures
Provide ongoing support to Sales & Customer Service departments to meet pre and post order product needs
Assist with internal data collection and analysis to support department projects
Requirements
Associates or Bachelor’s degree; or 1 - 2 years of related work experience
Motivated individual with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
Resourceful, eager to learn, keen attention to details and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills ability to work within a team and with various departments
Proficient computer skills especially in MS Excel & data manipulation
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge on PowerBI, other analytical tools, lean process improvement a plus
Benefits
The pay range for this position will be 54,000 to 66,000 annually.
