About The Position

The PTS Attendant II ensures that public restrooms are clean and functional, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Maintain demographic and service counts and report inventory needs to leadership.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Six (6) years of custodial experience required
Computer proficient, including familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word
Detail oriented with excellent time management, interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal, and follow-through skills
Experience with cleaning chemicals required
Excellent communication and customer service skills needed, including ability to be assertive yet tactful
Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willing to travel to participate in training as recommended or required
Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Ensures that showers, toilets, sinks, counters and fixtures are clean and functioning at all times.
Maintains a clean area by mopping up excess water, sweeping, wiping counters, removing trash, etc.
Adheres to all safety precautions in the assigned area, including maintaining a safe number of users.
Reports any guest’s suspicious activities, such as illnesses, injuries, unlawful activities.
Maintains supplies and requests needed items in a timely manner.
Accurately document all program participant services rendered daily by entering them in the database in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in Preparing monthly program reports for PTS services by the 5th of each month.
Responsible for maintaining daily service logs.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
