POSITION TITLE: Support Staff, 991 Fees and Fines Payments Division LOCATION: 320 Robert S Kerr, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102 STATUS: Full-Time/Immediate Opening CLOSING: Open Until Filled SALARY: Starting at $32,000.00, with a 90-day review BENEFITS: Full State of Oklahoma benefits, including insurance allowance, paid sick and annual leave, paid holidays, and longevity. JOB DESCRIPTION: The 991 Fees and Fines Division is the division of the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office where a defendant, after being sentenced in court, meets with staff to set up and pay any court ordered 991 fees or Restitution. Candidate must have: Maturity and excellent people skills, should be detail oriented and enjoy working on a team and understanding of team dynamics Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse public Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism General knowledge of operating a personal computer, and specific input of numbers and names Works collaboratively but separately, in a non-adversarial manner, with other team employees, Assistant District Attorneys, and sometimes a defendant’s attorney Must be able to maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Employment of at least 1 year’s job experience (preferred)
• Must pass background check
• Must have driver’s license
• Honesty and integrity
• High School Diploma
