About The Position

Summary of Job: To ensure the timely and accurate processing of all financial and support related tasks such as: accounts receivable, financing, accounts payable, inventory, technician commissions, maintenance contracts, payroll, and warranty. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred 3 or more years’ experience in an administrative position and prior managerial experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics SL is a plus A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Word, and the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software Skills and Abilities: Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to effectively manage staff with servant-leader approach Ability to establish and achieve department goals that support company objectives Good customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively manage change Good attention to detail with emphasis on quality Good planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Professional demeanor Ability and willingness to demonstrate ethical behavior and a high level of integrity Company Perks & Benefits Our mission at Lee Company is to create a workplace where our employees can thrive , and we back that up with action. Requirements
