Duties and Responsibilities Respond to routine and non routine service calls, including scheduled maintenance, emergency, and after hours calls in a timely manner. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components in electronic security systems. Perform system diagnostics and isolate issues in hardware, software, and network connected devices. Service and support systems including Milestone, LenelS2, DMP, Axis, Hanwha, and Bosch platforms. Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems to ensure reliability and compliance with customer service agreements. Conduct system testing, commissioning support, and quality checks on new and existing installations. Install small projects, system additions, and upgrades as required. Analyze repair requirements and present clear solutions to customers. Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports accurately and on time. Coordinate with project managers, installation teams, and other technical specialists to support customer sites. Support customer service programs and assist in cross training efforts to expand team capability. Exercise sound technical judgment in selecting methods and troubleshooting approaches to resolve issues efficiently.
