What you’ll do Supporting customers with daily tasks Customer group – 18 to 64, men and women in a 10 bed service with dual diagnoses in Mental health including some substance use (24 hr service) Encouraging independence and celebrating wins Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first Working collaboratively to empower our customers Why join us This role gives you the chance to grow your career while making a difference where it matters most. The practical bits Working hours are based on an 8 week rolling rota- shifts include alternative weekends, a mixture of evenings and day shifts. This will include 1 sleep in shift per week.
