The Supervisor NOC (Network Operations Control) Ops Services & Planning leads the NOC Ops Services and Planning Team that supports payroll, scheduling, attendance, and overtime tracking for both contract and non‑contract Employees. They’ll ensure accurate staffing and pay for key NOC functions, including Dispatch, Network Customer Planning, and Meteorology, while interpreting and applying the TWU 550 Collective Bargaining Agreement and adhering to Company policies and FAA requirements. They’ll guide daily schedule creation and adjustments, validate hours before payroll closes, and serve as the primary resource for payroll and scheduling inquiries across the operation. The Supervisor NOC Ops Services and Planning is a strong leader and communicator ready to support operational reliability, maintain contractual compliance, and strengthen collaboration with NOC Leadership, Senior Leaders, and Union partners.
