As our Client Service Specialist on the McGriff Surety Team you'll The Surety Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and processing accounting tasks related to surety bonds, including carrier payment requests, invoice tracking, and resolution of accounting discrepancies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The specialist will collaborate closely with carriers, accounting teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial processing and reporting. Our future colleague. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters
  • Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities
  • Respond quickly to client requests and work to provide appropriate information
  • Accept accountability for the quality of work

Nice To Haves

  • Property and Casualty insurance license
  • Five years of industry specific experience
  • LOB designations
  • College or advanced degree
