Under the guidance of Supply Chain Leadership, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our health care delivery system by ensuring the accurate ordering, receipt, distribution, and maintenance of critical supplies across Surgical Services, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and the Surgicenter. Your work directly supports clinicians and patients by making sure essential equipment and materials are always available when they’re needed most. You’ll be a trusted partner to internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service and maintaining the smooth flow of inventory in fast‑paced, high‑acuity environments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with confidence in making decisions that support patient care
  • Professional, effective communication skills when interacting with patients, visitors, clinicians, and staff
  • Ability to work discreetly and respectfully in patient‑care areas
  • Comfort using supply‑chain equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, balers, handheld scanners, computers, barcode printers, and standard office devices
  • A high level of personal accountability, service orientation, and responsiveness to the fast pace and unique demands of surgical and procedural environments
  • Strong situational awareness and the ability to adapt quickly

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, timely ordering and distribution of supplies for all Invasive Services areas
  • Perform perpetual and periodic inventory counts with precision and accountability
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are consistently available to support patient care
  • Deliver materials efficiently while providing excellent customer service to clinical teams
  • Support a safe, organized, and responsive supply chain environment
