We are seeking a Full-Time Surgical Technologist to join our team at the Susquehanna Surgery Center. In this role, you’ll work alongside highly skilled professionals in a supportive, high-quality surgical environment—while enjoying excellent work-life balance. This full-time position offers daylight hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional evening shifts and no weekends or holidays. Prior experience is preferred. Under the general supervision of a registered nurse, the Surgical Technologist performs advanced tasks in the operating room to support the surgical team. This role involves working on complex surgical procedures across at least two surgical specialties. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a sterile field; passing instruments, sponges, and sutures to surgeons and surgical assistants; preparing sterile supplies; assisting with operating room cleanup; checking equipment placement and functionality; and restocking the operating room. During procedures, the Surgical Technologist may also manage special trays, graft materials, and document patient data.
