SUMMARY: Monitor all gaming areas as required by internal control standards. Monitor all other areas as required by policy and procedures, ensuring security of casino premises. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Surveillance Agent ensures that compliance of company standards by monitoring all departments and documenting all exceptions to policies and procedures while monitoring casino activities. He/she constantly uses cameras to observe casino and surrounding premises, ensuring proper positioning of surveillance cameras. The Surveillance Agent must have knowledge of all gaming departments’ policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and must also keep all information confidential. He/she must complete audits as required in the Surveillance manual and must conduct inventory of forms. The Surveillance Agent must know how or learn how to run surveillance wires throughout the casino and surrounding premises and to install surveillance cameras. Will monitor the drop in accordance with slot drop procedures He/she must be able to work rotating shifts on a weekly basis and perform any other duties as assigned by the Security Director and/or Security Shift Supervisor. Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
