Directly supports the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef. The Sushi Cook ensures that the Sushi Bar and equipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards. Supports Chef's in trimming, cutting, slicing fish and vegetables, making rolls, sushi and/or sashimi dishes, and preparing sauces by following recipe and SOP. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked.
