We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sustainability Manager to join our global team. This role focuses on improving efficiency and waste management for our US facilities and US based events. We have six locations across the US in NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, and Detriot, and cater events that take place nationwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sustainability initiatives, with a priority on waste to ensure our events are environmentally responsible and align with our sustainability goals and those of our customers. The role is based both office and on site, visiting our facilities and event locations. About DO & CO: We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky.
