Builds and leads a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) team by hiring, developing, and mentoring project managers, as well as defining career paths and competency models. Drives adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models through structured change management and effective stakeholder engagement. Integrates risk, compliance, legal, and operational considerations into project governance and execution, ensuring alignment with NCUA expectations, third-party risk management standards, and internal control frameworks. Partners with executive leaders to prioritize initiatives, resolve conflicts, reallocate resources, and provide early visibility into risks, delays, or cost overruns. Prepares and delivers clear, concise reporting to executive leadership and the Board, translating complex program data into actionable insights. Ongoing capacity planning across delivery teams, prioritization tradeoffs, and resolving resource constraints using an enterprise view (not just project-by-project). Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
