About The Position

This role provides strategic leadership for real estate development, administration, site analytics, and workplace operations across the organization's physical footprint and into new markets. It drives data-informed portfolio strategy, leveraging market intelligence, utilization metrics, and financial analysis to support site selection, optimization, and growth aligned with the organization's long-term trajectory. The position oversees facilities operations, lease management, capital project execution, and market entry planning to ensure operational continuity and disciplined expansion. It ensures compliant records retention, regulatory adherence, and strong governance practices across all locations. The role also advances sustainability and efficiency initiatives while contributing analytics-driven insights that strengthen enterprise planning and support scalable, sustainable real estate performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 12+ years' experience leading real estate administration functions, managing facilities operations, overseeing lease portfolios, and collaborating with operational and executive teams.
  • This includes branch/office maintenance oversight, lease management, space planning, construction project management, and market entry planning, supported by the use of facilities technologies and data analysis to inform sustainability initiatives, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
  • 5+ years' experience applying data-driven analysis (e.g., traffic patterns, population density, utilization metrics, and ROI) to real estate site selection and portfolio optimization decisions.
  • 4+ years of management experience.

  • Skilled in developing, implementing, and enforcing facilities policies, lease procedures, and project management frameworks supported by technology-enabled workflows and documentation systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, environmental considerations, and compliance monitoring tools related to real estate and facilities operations.
  • Ability to identify operational risks, mitigate facilities issues, and optimize real estate utilization across diverse locations using data-driven assessments and performance indicators.
  • Ability to produce and interpret detailed facilities reports, project updates, dashboards, and real estate performance assessments using analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of internal controls, construction oversight processes, sustainability frameworks, and data tracking methodologies used to monitor compliance and performance.
  • Ability to communicate real estate decisions, project progress, and operational findings clearly to stakeholders, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site analytics and market intelligence efforts, integrating demographic, traffic, member behavior, financial performance, competitive positioning, and geospatial data to inform site selection, relocation, consolidation, and closure decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking real estate roadmap that aligns portfolio strategy with the organization's growth trajectory, expansion priorities, and evolving member needs.
  • Review and analyze space utilization data, occupancy metrics, scenario plans, site assessments, and construction documentation to inform optimization, expansion planning, and long-term real estate strategy.
  • Leverage predictive modeling, forecasting tools, and ROI analysis to evaluate expansion opportunities, market entry strategies, and portfolio performance relative to growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure scalable real estate solutions that balance operational requirements, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and sustainable growth objectives.
  • Participate in enterprise strategic planning by contributing analytics-informed insights that align real estate and facilities operations with organizational goals and future-state capacity requirements.
  • Ensure facility location strategies and portfolio decisions support Low-Income Designation and fair lending objectives, incorporating regulatory, demographic, and community impact considerations into site analytics and growth planning.
  • Lead facilities operations across branch and office locations, including maintenance, workplace amenities such as headquarters cafeteria services and workout facilities, and vendor oversight, leveraging facilities management technologies and performance data to ensure effective service delivery and operational continuity.
  • Oversee capital projects, construction timelines, and market entry planning, utilizing project management systems and analytics to support expansion, modernization, and risk mitigation aligned with growth objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor facilities policies, lease management procedures, and real estate administration frameworks, including compliant handling, storage, and disposition of physical records, incorporating technology-enabled processes to improve visibility, consistency, and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, internal controls, and sustainability best practices, using monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms to track performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and training to facilities teams, project managers, and operational staff on real estate standards, procedures, and the effective use of facilities technology and data tools.
  • Complete quarterly and annual reviews and perform other necessary manager duties for direct reports.
  • Provide direct reports coaching/mentoring/leadership development opportunities towards achieving development goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
