Brooklyn Sports Club is hiring
Swim Instructors to teach swimmers of all
ages—from beginner water safety to advanced stroke development—in one of
Brooklyn’s most active aquatics programs.

This is a great opportunity for swimmers, lifeguards, and aquatics professionals
looking for flexible hours and strong hourly pay while making a real impact
teaching life-saving skills.

Requirements

• Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED required (or ability to obtain)
• Positive, reliable, and comfortable working with children
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Swim instruction or aquatics experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for children and adults at various skill levels
• Help swimmers develop water safety, comfort, and stroke technique
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
• Communicate with parents about swimmer progress
• Maintain pool safety and follow aquatics policies
