About The Position

our FarmStats team as a Swine Production Flow Manager and support producers by
coordinating pig flow, maintaining forecasting accuracy, and providing
data-driven insights that matter.

Requirements

• Degree in Animal Science, Ag Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office—especially Excel
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience in agriculture, swine production, or logistics preferred, not required
• Customer service experience and livestock familiarity are a plus
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wean-to-market pig flow with precision
• Maintain accurate production flow schedules and market forecasting
• Analyze, interpret, and present data in a clear, professional manner
• Build and strengthen relationships with producers
• Evaluate the economic impact of swine production decisions
• Utilize knowledge of livestock marketing and commodity risk concepts
• Understand basic statistical design and analysis for performance data
• Participate in producer meetings (occasional early mornings/evenings)
