Switching Managers primarily perform supervisory and other management responsibilities. Switching Managers are the primary decision makers regarding the distribution of assignments to switchers and the coordination of activities through the direction of supervisors and leads. They manage and have ultimate responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of administrative paperwork for reporting daily activity to the corporate office. The Switching Manager is responsible to ensure compliance with all FHI policies and procedures. SUCCESS FACTORS : We will know the Switching Manager is successful when: There is year over year improvement in retention and turnover There is year of year improvement is DART rating The Contribution Margin for the assigned locations meets or exceeds goals as stated by company leadership and the Net Operating Income for the assigned locations is at or above stated goals. There is year over year sustained or improved WC costs There is year over year sustained or improved direct wage costs BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS: Ability to commit to requests for assistance and follow through to make sure that they are complete and escalate as necessary Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and time manage workload.
