Requirements

  • 9 years of experience in system administration
  • Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
  • Strong Linux systems administration experience in operational environments
  • Experience installing and maintaining GPU-accelerated or high-performance compute systems, particularly NVIDIA enterprise-class hardware
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, professional technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Experience operating within structured data center or warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms and hypervisors
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across distributed, networked systems
  • Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with mission stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently while coordinating effectively with distributed engineering and support teams
  • U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible). Applicants selected will be required to obtain / maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain high-performance compute (HPC) hardware, including NVIDIA H100, H200, and B300-class accelerator platforms
  • Decommission, relocate, and re-install enterprise hardware while preserving configuration integrity and asset tracking accuracy
  • Lead installation and sustainment efforts for both new and legacy systems within structured data center or warehouse environments
  • Develop and maintain detailed installation documentation, configuration guides, and scalable deployment playbooks
  • Build strong working relationships with onsite system administrators to streamline troubleshooting and prioritize mission-critical issues
  • Identify gaps in onsite support coverage and recommend process improvements to reduce downtime and improve response times
  • Partner directly with contract engineering teams to optimize system performance and user workflows
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures to ensure continuity of operations
  • Support virtualization initiatives and contribute to long-term infrastructure modernization strategies
  • Adapt as mission requirements evolve, including future support for AWS, cloud integrations, and Large Language Model infrastructurere
