About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's degree
  • Type of degree: Business or Health Services Administration or related field.
  • Area of study or major: Business, Management, Leadership
  • Minimum Level of Experience Required: 7 - 10 years of job related experience
  • Prior job title or occupational experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including financial analytics, planning, organizational cultural change, and strategy/business development.
  • Prior specific functional responsibilities: Two years of strategic planning experience and proven success within a multi-hospital or multi-site system.
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and self-awareness to deal with physician conflict and build consensus.

  • Preferred experience: Prior experience in the assigned service lines preferred.
