Position Description: System Integration Specialist – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts. Location: Doral, FL
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in system integration
- Experience integrating ITSM platforms such as JIRA and GitLab
- Hands-on experience developing API integrations
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing system integrations
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
- Experience with identity federation and single sign-on solutions
- Experience integrating additional enterprise tools or platforms
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and DevOps workflows
Responsibilities
- Integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management platforms to enable seamless workflows
- Develop and maintain API-based solutions for system interoperability
- Implement secure authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML
- Automate data synchronization between platforms to improve efficiency
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement new integration solutions
- Support configuration and maintenance of ITSM tools and related platforms
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices in integrations
