Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years supporting Microsoft client/server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, Office 365)
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management platforms
  • Knowledge of VMware, Sonicwalls, VPNs, VOIP/POTS, file servers, print servers, and backup systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service mindset
  • Experience supporting and training staff or end users
  • Florida Class E Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, workstations, and IT systems
  • Serve as the Yardi software support specialist for site staff
  • Train staff one-on-one and improve Yardi system accuracy and compliance
  • Administer Active Directory, Office 365, file servers, ESXi, VMs, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and prevent downtime
  • Strengthen cybersecurity and protect organizational data
  • Support staff with responsive, high-quality technical assistance
  • Document procedures, improve workflows, and recommend IT enhancements
  • Partner with teams across the organization to support business operations
