About The Position

As a Systems Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of NMMES FEM, Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise System (NMMES) Facilities and Equipment Maintenance (FEM) . ● Lead/Manage/Support FEM missions with meticulously configured applications of IBM Maximo.

Requirements

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• 1+ years of related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications
• Security clearance level: Secret
• US citizenship required
• Baseline Certification is REQUIRED – Security+ ce, CySA+, or CCNA Security. Higher certifications such as CASP+ ce, CCNP Security, or CISSP are acceptable

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage/Support FEM missions with meticulously configured applications of IBM Maximo
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
• Apply advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
• Provide end-user software troubleshooting and support
• Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure that customer-faced services are available when required
