Job Description Key Responsibilities: Platform Optimization & Support Partner with business units and Multi-Family BA to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement ProLink quarterly updates and new features. Validate system changes through testing and ensure smooth deployment. Provide guidance to end users on best practices and system functionality. Data Quality & Reporting Develop and maintain reporting tools, queries, and dashboards to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Perform data validation activities. Manage data mapping of imported data from various sources into ProLink. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and vendor support teams on technical matters. Facilitate enhancement requests and issue resolution. Participate in user group meetings and feedback sessions. Documentation & Training Coordinate user guides, process documentation, and FAQs. Conduct training sessions for super users and business teams. Maintain records of system configurations and change history.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in business analysis or application support, preferably in Multi-Family housing.
  • Experience with ProLink or similar enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
  • Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Data Management: SQL reporting, data validation, and reconciliation.
  • Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with IT, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Documentation & Training: Clear, concise materials and user education.
  • Microsoft Suite: Ability to use add-ons to create custom solutions in Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • ProLink Expertise: Understanding of modules, workflows, and configuration options.
  • Licenses/ Certifications: Not required, but certifications in business analysis, project management, or ProLink training are a plus.
