YOUR ROLESupport the operational, financial and quality performance of the CEVA Network station, to identify inefficiencies, work with the local team to address and deploy action plans as well as to sustain the changes. Responsible for managing Operational Excellence programs and certification for the station(s) by supporting and mentoring Operations team. Fostering process development, standardization and leading continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen and PDCA; collaborating also with country and regional BPE teams.
