What You Will Be Doing The selected candidate will serve as a Systems Architect on the Ground Systems Hardware Team. Working independently in a fast paced environment, the individual will lead the team both technically and operationally, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a specific set of ground system hardware architectures. Success in this role requires overseeing team execution while shaping technical strategy, driving new business opportunities, and fostering cross functional collaborations both internally and externally. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Proven experience as a Systems Architect.
  • Strong background in designing or modifying ground systems hardware architecture.
  • Hands on expertise in assembling and building ground systems hardware.
  • Familiarity in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ground systems operations, including build up, audits, deployment, and integration & test activities.
  • Ability to engage with customers on ground systems hardware strategy.
  • Collaborative mindset; comfortable working with Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, System Test, and Program Management teams.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) management principles
