MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Systems Engineer Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Army's Network Enterprise Technology Command. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN). Lead/Manage/Support by providing configuration management support, testing and technical support in the implementation of Army IdAM systems. Collaborate with your peers to provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ of IdAM. Drive success by supporting efficient and effective IdAM service management processes by providing accurate configuration information. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of configurations required to control the services by maintaining accurate and complete configuration management records. Coordinate, review and maintain system documentation guidance on the use of IdAM capabilities to all levels of administrators. Provide support to operational organizations supporting requests for change and IAVA compliance. Identify, control, record, report, audit and verify services and other configuration items (CIs), including versions, baselines, constituent components, their attributes and relationships. Provide strategic planning, execution, and management for the design, build and deployment of IdAM systems, integrated in to Army NIPRNET, SIPRNET, Joint and testing environments and design, build, test new and optimize IdAM hardware systems, computer components, and peripherals Utilize your knowledge in, and experience with, IdAM procedures, policies, technologies and services, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), HyperV, VMware, Meta-database, Microsoft PowerShell scripts, Microsoft Visual Basic, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), EntraID, ICAM, and Hybrid environments, Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio. The Systems Engineer Senior must have: ● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science ● Experience: 5+ years of related experience ● Technical skills: DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification and Computing Environment Certification ● Security clearance level: Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information ● Experience with, IdAM procedures, policies, technologies and services, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), HyperV, VMware, Meta-database, Microsoft PowerShell scripts, Microsoft Visual Basic, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), EntraID, ICAM, and Hybrid environments, Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio. Role is 100% on site. The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification and Computing Environment Certification
  • Security clearance level: Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information

Responsibilities
