The Boulder/Longmont Teams is looking for Systems Engineers (SE) for the Resilient MEO Missile Warning and Tracking (RMWT) Ground Management and Integration (GMI) program. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in providing support to various teams for the operation and maintenance of Ground and Space system software and equipment. As well as providing system maintenance support for large computing systems, associated switching, network, communication circuits, and equipment, ensuring System Ground and Space functionality. Requirements

Experience as a Product Owner/Product Lead working in an Agile engineering environment
Systems engineering experience with a focus on requirements development, management, and verification
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills
Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with requirements management tool like DOORS
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and processes (Cameo preferred): SysML diagrams (Block Diagrams, Inner Block Diagrams, State Machines, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams)
Previous SBIRS/NGG training experience with Satellite Ground Systems
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills
Experience in developing requirement specifications, ICDs, architecture, use case, and other ground CDRLs and artifacts
Active Top Secret clearance
