This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, identity, and collaboration services. You’ll be responsible for keeping our environment secure, scalable, and user-friendly—while continuously improving our operations on the Microsoft cloud. If you enjoy building clean systems, automating the boring stuff, and being the person others trust to “make Microsoft work the way it should,” this role is for you.

  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience supporting end users remotely across multiple communication channels
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – especially with non-technical users
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and customer service focus under pressure
  • Access to reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, remote working environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative remote team

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, and Azure AD (Entra ID)
  • Implement and maintain secure Azure architectures (RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust principles)
  • Monitor performance, availability, and cost optimization using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Cost Management
  • Automate deployments and operational tasks using PowerShell
  • Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
  • Design and maintain device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, and application deployments
  • Implement Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning strategies
  • Partner with security teams to enforce endpoint protection and compliance policies
  • Troubleshoot device, enrollment, and policy-related issues
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Manage identity lifecycle, licensing, and access policies
  • Support email security, retention, DLP, and eDiscovery requirements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve productivity and collaboration solutions
  • Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts

  • 401(K) with employer match.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • A positive work culture of high-integrity team members.
  • Opportunities for career development and training.
