This role will be responsible for growing the Technician talent pool, over seeing day to day needs of the build floor, and providing performance evaluations for the touch labor teams.

Requirements

Experience leading hands on labor teams, ex. Satellite Build, Aircraft production, Flight Line Crew Chief etc.
Experience conducting/facilitating Test Readiness Reviews or Major Milestone Reviews.
Must have all applicable certifications of an ME or ability to achieve certification.
Ability to get a TS/SCI Clearance

Nice To Haves

Leadership experience, ex. (Military SNCO/NCO or Officer, floor/shift supervisor, or Tech Lead.)
General Operations execution knowledge and demonstrated ability to lead teams.
Manufacture Engineering experience
