The Systems Integrator (SI) will support the Sponsor by performing non-staff aspects of an Executive Officer role. The SI will provide coordination and operational support in collaboration with the Sponsor’s Front Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide systems integration support for the Sponsor to include integrated portfolio support of projects, programs, and technologies. Provide support to the Sponsor's governance and management processes, including the management of technical and executive program analysis, reporting, and coordination. Assess technical plans, guide implementation and coordinate required Community- and Sponsor-wide activities, and define program phases, sequencing, and required deliverables for the Sponsor's systems. Work with the division-level Project Managers to plan and coordinate program management process activities and recommend streamlined and efficient business processes, to include developing standard operating procedures and associated documentation. Create and coordinate processes facilitated by a formalized set of principles, policies, and decision-making structures. Monitor and help facilitate responses to Corporate Action Tasking. Define and capture requirements by interacting with stakeholders and conducting independent research and analysis of information in preparation for meetings; gather information from personnel within the supported principal's organization or appropriate external stakeholders to provide background information the principal will require for meetings and other engagements. Follow up to ensure materials are ready for review in advance of the meeting. Format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and conformance with Sponsor guidance. Route correspondence and track status through completion. Design and maintain documentation management tools and program websites. Manage and monitor check-in/check-out of all personnel in the division. Update and maintain phone directories, key contacts, email groups, shared drives, and database access, as well as account ownership. Prepare for and facilitate group and division Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Oversee calendars and coordinate stakeholder meetings for leadership. Manage supply orders and support coordination activities. Manage travel planning and arrangements for Sponsor government staff including creating and coordinating travel cables, and processing funding reimbursements. Collaborate with senior Project Managers on project integration needs and assist with any programmatic needs.
