The new designs are exciting and technically challenging. The Product Cybersecurity Organization (PCO) is hiring a Systems Security Engineering Manager to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. This high-visibility role involves working on critical efforts, including secure satellite military communications (SATCOM), Cross Domain Solutions, NSA Type 1 Certification, CMMC Level 3 compliance, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing and executing cybersecurity efforts across the system development lifecycle. They will be responsible for a small team of system security engineers as well as being a technical lead performing vulnerability analysis, requirements assessment, and developing documentation to achieve critical certifications and approvals. The candidate must also demonstrate strong technical writing and analysis skills, including requirement allocation and decomposition, system modeling (Model-Based System Engineering experience a plus), and formal cybersecurity verification. The selected candidate will report to the Associate Director of Cybersecurity Engineering DoD East and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, resilient systems. Some travel may be required.
