About The Position

Founded in 1990, LGH stands at the forefront of the hoisting and rigging equipment rental industry, providing rental equipment responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of everything from the bridges you drive on to the sports stadiums you visit. Position Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Systems Support Analyst to support and maintain our hybrid IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cloud services, SaaS platforms, and on-prem systems, who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.
  • Experience managing SaaS platforms and vendor relationships.
  • Working knowledge of VMware, Linux servers, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
  • Understanding of backup solutions, preferably Veeam.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Infrastructure Support
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services and resources.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Support identity and access management using Azure Active Directory.
  • SaaS Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SaaS vendors including Mimecast, antivirus providers, and other cloud-based services.
  • Monitor service performance, escalate issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution and updates.
  • Endpoint & Device Management
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, security policies, and application deployment.
  • Provide support for Windows and Linux-based systems.
  • Security & Backup Operations
  • Monitor and maintain firewall configurations and antivirus solutions.
  • Manage Veeam for local and cloud backups, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness.
  • Server & Infrastructure Support
  • Provide support for VMware-hosted virtual servers and Linux web servers.
  • Assist with patching, performance monitoring, and routine maintenance.
  • Documentation & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support IT initiatives and resolve technical issues.
