About The Position

A public safety organization in Washington, DC is seeking a Systems Support Specialist to assist in the operation and maintenance of communications technology supporting emergency response services. This role provides hands-on support for radio, IT, and related systems used in a PSAP/ECC environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience supporting technology systems
• Strong understanding of PSAP/ECC technology environments
• Proficiency in office productivity software and database tools
• Basic knowledge of planning and modeling techniques
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively
• Solid IT foundation with relevant academic coursework
