The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and operational support for Transition and Housing Department with a focus on quality improvement, process improvement, data, and performance reporting. The employee will structure, collect, compile, and analyze data and reports in order to support Transition and Housing operational standards and metrics. The employee will also utilize data and reports to assess for overall quality, program effectiveness, and outcomes for members. Employee will provide insight and recommendations in order to continually improve Transition and Housing operations. This position is organized, strong detail orientated, methodical, motivated and demonstrates good follow through.
