Responsibilities

  • Pre‑screening and filtering resumes across LinkedIn, Handshake, and additional sourcing channels.
  • Managing timely email and phone communication with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Updating candidate progress, notes, and interview movement within Workday.
  • Coordinating interview logistics, including virtual scheduling, travel arrangements when needed, and next‑step follow‑up.
  • Supporting hiring managers to ensure processes stay on track and candidates move efficiently through each stage.
  • Assisting with general Talent Acquisition administrative tasks as needed to maintain operational excellence.
