This position is the responsible for all aspects of filling open positions including partnering with HRBP's, hiring leaders and leadership to hire top talent for Children's by anticipating and filling business needs. Partners with Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies to achieve short and long term hiring needs in the organization. As the primary contact for applicants and managers, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process including, selection of best advertising venues, source applicant pools, attending career fairs screen applicants, interview and present top candidates to managers, offers and ensure the successful completion and start of the on-boarding process.
